"Studio could not be reached"

What "Studio could not be reached just now" and "We could not confirm that went through" mean, and what to do — nothing is charged twice.

"Studio could not be reached just now — try again in a moment."

Your page could not get an answer from Studio — usually because the connection dropped or was slow for a moment. Nothing was pressed and nothing was charged.

  • Check your connection — on a phone, a weak signal or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data is the usual cause.
  • Wait a moment and try again.
  • If it happened as you pressed Revise, press it again — the same request is never started or charged twice.

"We could not confirm that went through — press again to check."

You pressed a button that uses credits, and the answer was lost on the way back. It may have gone through. Press the same button again: ROUTIX recognises the same request and answers it — it does not start or charge it twice.

"You're offline."

Your device has no connection. "Anything already being made keeps going — it will be here when you're back." The buttons come back when you are online.

"High demand — your result may take a little longer."

Many people are making at the same time. Nothing is wrong — your work waits its turn and starts on its own.
