Deleting your account or your data
How to ask ROUTIX to delete your account, or to send you a copy of your data — and what you can remove yourself right away.
Ask us
To delete your account, or to get a copy of the data ROUTIX holds about you, write to us from the email address of your account — see Contact us. Say what you would like, and we will confirm when it is done.
What you can remove yourself
- A take — delete it in History. It also comes off your public page.
- Something you shared — Remove from my profile.
- A template — Withdraw it.
- A chat — delete it on the Chats page.
- Your picture — remove it on your Profile.
