Using ROUTIX on a phone
Studio, Optic and Focus work on a phone — where things move on a small screen, how to use your camera, and tips for uploads and long waits.
ROUTIX works in your phone's browser — there is nothing to install.
What changes on a small screen
- The menu opens from the top of the page.
- Studio's home: the categories scroll sideways; swipe the Now showing row.
- Model pages and Optic: settings open in a Settings sheet from the bottom; the price button shows the number without the word "credits"; the model switcher is a sheet.
- The Gallery: Take a photo or Take a video uses your camera. Phones have no drag and drop — use Upload.
- Downloads: Save to Photos sends your result to your phone's share sheet.
- Focus: the tools sit under the clip and your focuses in a sheet you can pull up — see Focus on a phone.
Tips
- Use Wi-Fi for large videos, and stay on the page until an upload finishes.
- Once you press Revise or Make, you can lock your phone — your work keeps going and waits in History.
