This Privacy Policy explains how ROUTIX ("ROUTIX", "we") handles personal data when you use ROUTIX at routix.studio. We are responsible for that data. Questions: support@routix.studio.

What we collect

Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, your email address and your Google account's identifier, and we keep them to run your account. Each time you sign in, your name and email are refreshed from Google. If you upload a profile picture, we keep it.

Your public profile. If you choose a username, we keep it with the name and short line you add. Your public page shows them, and only what you choose to share.

Your content. What you upload (videos, pictures, sound), what you write (prompts, chat messages), the focuses you draw, what ROUTIX makes for you, what you share or offer as a template, and the reports you send.

Credits and purchases. Your balance and a record of how credits were added, held, spent and returned; the plans and add-ons you buy, their amounts and the status of each payment. You pay on a payment processor's page: ROUTIX receives the payment's status and amount. ROUTIX does not take card payments and never receives card numbers or your wallet's keys.

How you use ROUTIX and your device. When you sign in; your settings, such as your time zone; the requests your browser sends to our servers, with the address and browser information that come with them; and, if a page crashes, a crash report — the error, the page address, the window size and the browser.

What you send us. Your emails and what is in them.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we use it

  • To provide the Service — to sign you in, make what you ask for, keep your Gallery, History and chats, and show what you share. (Our contract with you.)
  • To run credits and purchases — to price, hold, charge and return credits, and to record purchases. (Our contract, and our legal duties for accounting.)
  • To keep ROUTIX safe — to enforce the Content Policy, review templates and reports, and prevent abuse and fraud. (Our legitimate interest in a safe service, and legal duties.)
  • To help you — to answer your messages. (Our contract, and our legitimate interest.)
  • To fix and improve ROUTIX — from crash reports and our server records. (Our legitimate interest.)
  • To meet the law — where a law or a lawful request requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers who process data only on our instructions and for these purposes:

  • Hosting and storage — the servers and storage that run ROUTIX and keep your files.
  • AI processing — the services that run the models that read your requests and make your results. Your content is sent to them to make what you ask for.
  • Payment processing — the payment processor whose page you pay on.
  • Sign-in — Google, when you sign in with your Google account.
  • Fonts — our pages load their typefaces from a font service, which receives your browser's address when it does.

Models made by Higgsfield

In Studio, a few models carry a small Higgsfield tag after their name — today Genjutsu and Soul 2.0. They are Higgsfield's own models. What you send to one of them — your words, and the pictures or clips you add — is processed by Higgsfield under Higgsfield's own terms, which (in force since 27 August 2026) allow Higgsfield to use that content to improve its models. Studio shows the tag right after the model's name, so you can see it before you choose.

We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect people's rights and safety, or with a buyer if the Service is transferred.

Processing in other countries

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including countries whose data laws differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and your content are kept while your account is active, so they stay available in your Gallery, History and chats.
  • When you delete something — a take, a chat, something you shared — it is removed from your account and from public view. Copies of files may remain in our storage afterwards; to have your files erased, ask us (see Your rights).
  • Credit and purchase records are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require, even after your account ends.
  • Server records and crash reports are kept as long as we need them to run, secure and fix the Service.

Files are stored at long, random addresses. Anyone you give such an address to can open the file — share links only with people you trust.

Cookies and storage in your browser

  • One cookie keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 365 days, or until you sign out.
  • Local storage in your browser remembers your preferences (such as a folded sidebar and notes you have seen), keeps a copy of your account details so pages load quickly, and lets a page pick up work in progress after a reload. Some of this lasts only while the tab is open.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and storage in your browser at any time; you will then need to sign in again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • give it to you in a portable form;
  • restrict or object to how we use it.

Write to support@routix.studio from your account's email address. We may ask you to confirm it is you. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

ROUTIX is for people aged 13 and over; anyone under 18 uses it with the permission of a parent or guardian, and purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 — or under the higher age the law where they live sets; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No service can promise perfect security; keep your Google account secure, because it is the key to your ROUTIX account.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and ROUTIX asks you to accept the new version.
