A run failed

What to do when a take, a revision or a chat turn does not deliver — your credits come back on their own, and here is how to try again.

Updated 2 min read Copy page

When something does not deliver, every credit taken for it comes back to your balance automatically — the page shows how many were returned.

A take on a model page

"This take could not be made." with the reason and the credits returned. Then:

  • Try again — the same words and settings;
  • Change the words — if the reason points at your words;
  • Replace a picture — if the reason points at one of them.

An Optic revision

See When a revision does not work out — failed, refused, part of a clip refused, an unreadable clip, and stopping.

A safety refusal

A request can be refused for safety or privacy — for example when what you sent shows a child or a real, well-known person. Nothing is charged. Change the words, the pictures or the clip, and try again. If several requests in a short time are refused, Studio pauses for you for a while and opens again on its own.

A chat turn

If a turn in a chat fails, its credits come back and ROUTIX tells you in the chat. Say the word and it tries again.
