Content Policy

What you may and may not upload, ask for, make and share on ROUTIX — and what happens when content breaks these rules.

Updated 2 min read Copy page

ROUTIX works on any kind of content — people, animals, objects, places, animation, screen recordings, anything you film or draw. A few things are never allowed. These rules apply to everything you upload, everything you ask for, everything that is made and everything you share.

Never allowed

  • Sexual or nude content. No sexual content and no nudity, of anyone.
  • Anything that sexualises a minor. Never, in any form. We report such content to the authorities where the law requires.
  • Intimate imagery without consent. No intimate or sexual imagery of a real person, real or made, without their consent.
  • A real person without their consent. Do not use a real person's face, body or voice without their consent.
  • Content made to deceive. No impersonation, no fraud, no fake events, statements or evidence about real people, and nothing made to mislead people about who is speaking or what really happened.
  • Illegal content and activity. Nothing that is illegal where you are or that helps someone break the law.
  • Harassment, hate and threats. Nothing that harasses, bullies, threatens or degrades people, or attacks them for who they are.
  • Violent extremism. Nothing that promotes, supports or glorifies terrorism or violent extremist groups.
  • Others' rights. Nothing that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or anyone's other rights — see Copyright.
  • Abuse of the Service. No scraping, no getting around limits or safety measures, no automated or bulk use beyond what the Service offers, and no reselling of access.

When you publish

If you share or publish what you make, you are responsible for it — including saying that it was created or changed with artificial intelligence where the law requires it, and never presenting it as a real recording of real events when it is not.

What ROUTIX does

ROUTIX may refuse any request, stop any run, remove or hide content, decline or take down templates, and pause, suspend or end accounts that break this policy. We act on reports: every public item has Report, and "We read every report. If it breaks our rules, it comes down." We may also tell the authorities where the law requires.

If you believe we removed something by mistake, contact us.
