Help us help you
Write from the email address of your ROUTIX account and include:
- what you were doing and on which page;
- what you saw — the exact words on the screen help most;
- when it happened, and on which device and browser;
- for a purchase, the time you paid.
Never send us your Google password or your wallet's keys — we will never ask for them.
Who we are
ROUTIX is made and run by the ROUTIX team. Your agreement is with ROUTIX, as the Terms of Service say.
