Report content that infringes your work

If something on ROUTIX uses your work without permission, you can press Report on it and choose "It uses my work without permission". For a formal notice, write to support@routix.studio with:

  1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  2. the work you own, or a clear description of it;
  3. the exact address on ROUTIX of the content you say infringes it;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right or authorised to act for the owner;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

We may share your notice with the person who posted the content.

If your content was removed after a notice

If you believe it was removed by mistake or that you have the right to use it, write to support@routix.studio with:

  1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  2. the content that was removed and where it appeared;
  3. a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts named in the Terms of Service, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice;
  5. your physical or electronic signature.

We may share your answer with the person who sent the notice and restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.
