# Forge, Eye to eye and Iris

> Studio's own tools — Forge for a clean reference or a sheet, Eye to eye to compare models side by side, and Iris to shape a character.

Besides the models, Studio has tools of its own. They live under **Tools** on Studio's home.

## Forge

*"Your pictures in. One clean reference or a sheet out."* Forge turns your pictures — and a few words, if you like — into one picture that is ready to use as a reference anywhere in ROUTIX.

- **Sheet** — one board with the same subject in several views.
- **Clean** — one clean reference of the subject alone, true to your pictures. Choose its **Kind**: **Alone**, **Front-facing**, **Laid flat** or **Empty place**.
- The words box is optional: *"What it is, in a few words — or leave it to your pictures."*

Use a Forge picture with Optic or a model page to keep a character or product consistent.

## Eye to eye

*"One set of words, up to four models side by side — you pick the winner."*

1. Choose **Pictures** or **Videos**, then the models you want to compare.
2. Keep **Hide names** on to judge without knowing which is which.
3. Write your words and press **Battle · … credits**. The price is the sum of each model's own price.
4. Answer **Which is better?** and **Lock my pick**. Then **Make more with** the winner, or start a **New battle**.

Each contender is its own take: one that fails returns its own credits.

## Iris

When Iris is open, its tile appears among Studio's tools: *"Shape a character part by part, see each choice in its own picture, then make its pictures."* Designing is free — *"credits only for the pictures you make."* Choose the views and sheets you want and press **Generate** — its button shows how many pictures and their price; the results arrive in History and your Gallery, ready for **Use in Optic** or **Use in Studio**.
