# Terms of Service

> The agreement between you and ROUTIX — who may use it, your content and your responsibility for it, credits and purchases, and our limits.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ROUTIX ("we", "us"), which operates ROUTIX at routix.studio. They apply whenever you use ROUTIX — its website, Studio, chats, Community and every tool in them (together, the "Service").

You accept these Terms, the [Privacy Policy](https://routix.studio/help/policies/privacy-policy) and the [Content Policy](https://routix.studio/help/policies/content-policy) by ticking the box when ROUTIX asks you to, or by using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. The Service

ROUTIX gives you creative tools: revising videos you already have, marking places in a frame, making pictures and videos from words and pictures, working in chats, and sharing what you make. Tools that use artificial intelligence produce results that can be unexpected or imperfect, and two similar requests can give different results. We improve, change, add and remove features over time.

## 2. Who may use ROUTIX

You must be at least 13 years old — or older, where the law of the place where you live sets a higher age for using a service like ROUTIX. If you are under 18, you may use ROUTIX only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms with you and is responsible for your use of it.

**Purchases are made by adults.** Only someone aged 18 or over, and able to make a binding agreement, may buy credits or plans; if you are younger, a parent or guardian makes the purchase.

You may not use ROUTIX if the law forbids you to, or if we have ended your access before. If you use ROUTIX for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.

## 3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for everything done through your ROUTIX account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

## 4. Your content

"Your content" means what you upload (videos, pictures, sound), what you write or ask for (prompts and messages), what you mark (focuses), and what the Service makes for you ("results").

- **You keep what is yours.** As between you and ROUTIX, you keep the rights you hold in what you upload and in your results.
- **What you let us do.** You give ROUTIX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transform and display your content as needed to run the Service for you — to make what you ask for, keep it in your Gallery and History, and show what you choose to share publicly. This licence ends for content you delete, except for copies we keep where the law requires or that remain in backups for a time.
- **What you share publicly** — on your public page, as a shared link or as a template — can be seen, and templates used, by others as the Service allows, until you remove it.
- **Results may not be unique.** Others may receive similar results from similar requests; that does not give them rights in yours, or you rights in theirs.

## 5. Your promises about your content

For everything you upload, ask for and share, you promise that:

- you own it or hold every right, licence and permission needed to use it this way;
- you have the **consent of every person whose face, body or voice appears in it** to use it as you do — and of their parent or guardian where the law requires it;
- it, and your use of it, breaks no law and no right of anyone else — including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
- it follows the [Content Policy](https://routix.studio/help/policies/content-policy).

## 6. Your responsibility

**You alone are responsible for your content**: for what you upload, what you ask for, what is made, and how you use, publish or share it. That includes any duty the law places on you where you publish — for example to disclose that a video or picture was created or changed with artificial intelligence, or to label it as such.

ROUTIX provides a tool. We do not review your source material before it is processed, we do not advise you on what you should upload or how you should use your results, and we make no promise about any result: whether it matches what you wanted, is fit for a purpose, or is free of others' rights. Results are not professional, legal or factual advice.

## 7. What ROUTIX may do

To keep the Service safe and lawful, we may, at any time and at our discretion: refuse or stop any request; remove or hide any content, including shared content and templates; limit, pause or suspend your use; and end your account — including when we receive a report, when we believe you broke these Terms or the Content Policy, or when the law requires it. We may preserve and share information where the law requires it.

## 8. Credits and purchases

- **Credits** let you use paid features of the Service. They are a limited licence to use the Service, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred.
- **Prices** are shown before you confirm. You pay the price shown when you confirm.
- **A run that does not deliver** returns the credits held for it to your balance automatically, to use again. Where only part of a run is made, the Service shows what was charged and what was returned. Credits that come back this way stay credits: they are not a refund of a purchase.
- **Credits end** as shown on the Credits page — plan credits with their plan's period, add-on credits after their stated time.
- **Purchases** are paid through a payment processor on its own page; its terms apply to the payment. Plans do not renew on their own.
- **No refunds.** Purchases are final. Credits you buy are never refunded — they are for use inside ROUTIX — and a payment in cryptocurrency is never refunded. A payment becomes credits in your balance as soon as it is confirmed: ROUTIX keeps no money for you, only your credits.
- We may change prices, plans, add-ons and how credits work. A change never affects a price you already confirmed.

## 9. Templates and rewards

Templates you offer are reviewed before they are public, and may be declined or taken down. Rewards for templates are paid in credits only, never money, as the Service shows them.

## 10. How you may not use ROUTIX

Besides the Content Policy, you may not: copy, scrape or harvest the Service or its content by automated means; get around limits, safety measures or access controls; reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it; interfere with or overload it; resell, rent or share access to it; create accounts to evade a suspension; or use it to build a competing product.

## 11. Other services

Signing in uses your Google account, and paying uses a payment processor. Their own terms and policies apply to what they do.

## 12. No warranty

The Service and every result are provided **"as is" and "as available"**. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

## 13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: ROUTIX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid ROUTIX in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits; where they do not, they apply as far as the law allows.

## 14. Indemnity

To the fullest extent the law allows, you will defend and hold harmless ROUTIX and the people who run it against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service or your results, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

## 15. Ending

You may stop using ROUTIX at any time, and ask us to delete your account — see [Deleting your account or your data](https://routix.studio/help/account/deleting-your-account). We may suspend or end your access as described in section 7. When your account ends, unused credits end with it. Sections 4 to 6 and 12 to 18 continue after the end.

## 16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The new version carries a new date at the top. When it changes, ROUTIX asks you to accept it before you upload or use credits again; if you do not accept it, stop using the Service.

## 17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are decided by the courts of Tbilisi in Georgia, unless the law of the place where you live gives you a right to bring them elsewhere.

## 18. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy are the whole agreement between you and ROUTIX about the Service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them with the Service. These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the one that counts.
