# Routix Mind

> Routix Mind holds a chat's context in one place — what is happening now, every picture and clip in its Library, the facts ROUTIX keeps.

**Routix Mind** is the chat's memory, open for you to look into — *"Project context, held in one place"*. Open it with the **Routix Mind** button in the header (on a wide screen), the small **Now** card above the box, or **Toggle Routix Mind** in Routix commands. On a phone it opens as a sheet from the bottom. While ROUTIX works, it reads *"Working from project evidence"*.

It has three tabs.

## Now

What is happening in this chat right now — the live state of the work.

## Library

Everything the chat holds, filed: **Source**, **Subjects**, **References**, **Anchors** and **Generated / Drafts** (only the ones with something in them show), or **All assets** together.

- Press an item to **Open** it or **Download** it, and to see its details: its **Role / Shot / Frame**, its **Relationships & history**, and ROUTIX's **Analysis** of it.
- **Download all** takes a whole collection at once.
- Add your own pictures to **Subjects** or **References** — with **Add images to …** or by dropping them in. The Library takes pictures here: *"Only image files can be added to the Library."* When it is in: *"Filed under …"*.

The folder cards at the end of a settled stage open here too.

## Memory

The facts ROUTIX keeps about your project — **Durable project facts**, grouped, each with its **Provenance** (where it came from) and its **Raw detail**. This is what lets ROUTIX pick up where you left off, days later, without being told again.

- **Refresh project memory** reads it again.
- **Clear all project memory** wipes this chat's memory. It asks first — *"Clear all project memory? This cannot be undone."* — then says *"Project memory cleared"*. Your messages and files stay.

Besides each chat's own memory, ROUTIX learns how you like to work across your chats, so it does not have to ask the same things twice.

## Fovea's notes

When [Fovea](https://routix.studio/help/chat/fovea) reviews a take, its full working notes live in Routix Mind — the review card says *"its working notes live in Routix Mind"*.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does clearing the memory delete my pictures?

No. **Clear all project memory** clears the facts ROUTIX keeps; the Library, your messages and your files stay.
